RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, please email customer service at hello@getpinged.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of purchase, shipping label and shipping package, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges if products are aligned with the product description page on the website and/or you have not received an incorrect or damaged product but are returning just because you don't like them or don't need them after you have received the delivery. Any RTO or Cancellation with the same reason will be also chargeable with double the amount we have paid to the courier service. Unless paid your account will be flagged as non-compliant with our legal policies and you may be prohibited from using our services further. Upon requesting the return & refund we will send a courier person to your location for the primary validation and pickup of the package all charges will be paid by us. In case of a chargeable return, you have to pay the charge directly to us.


REFUNDS



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.



EXCEPTIONS


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  1. Grocery Items
  2. Broken, Damaged, Missing, Incorrect and Used Items without Proof of receiving the same like an unboxing video
  3. Services like Mobile Recharge, Bill Payments
  4. Digital Products
  5. Gift Cards which are partly or fully redeemed
  6. Products crossed the Expiry date without proof of receiving the same like an unboxing video
  7. As further described in the respective product details page
